Hybrid propulsion systems for small marine craft

Hybrid Marine has been developing advanced hybrid systems since 2002. We provide systems for inland canal boats,commercial barges and sailing boats including fast offshore sailing catamarans. Our award winning patented parallel hybrid systems are the result of extensive research and provide an integrated power and propulsion solution, our systems have found many applications and are well proven.

In 2007 we were the first in the world to introduce a production parallel hybrid to the marine market. Since 2008 we have been working with Beta Marine UK to provide complete parallel hybrid systems for both inland and offshore craft based on their range of marine diesels. Since 2010 we have also been working closely with E.P.Barrus UK (sole importer of Yanmar engines) to offer hybrid systems based on the popular range of Yanmar marine diesel engines.
